Very good vitamin to block testosterone in the hair follicles .

My doctor prescribed these as a preventative supplement and I don’t seem to have any issues, so I’d say they’re working great. Keeps the plumbing functioning at peak performance. Never been a “wake up in the middle of the night to pee” kind of a guy and want to keep it that way. Highly recommended product!

The capsules are huge! And the dosage is 2/day. I haven’t been on it long enough to see any positive effects, up I haven’t had any negative effects, either.

I know there are some less expensive products available but I'm not willing to compromise my health for a product that may be tainted by a subpar manufacturer.

You get what you pay for. While Designs for Health are more expensive, they are a pharmaceutical grade supplement which means they have to be pure with a minimum amount of fillers. My trainer recommended this brand over 10 years ago and I have never taken anything else. Worth my health and the money!

It helped my urgency to urinate all the time Plus it settled my stomach, and made my legs to walk better. That was just after taking two Prostate Supreme. Mind you I am taking other supplements daily and waiting for my potassium iodide (because they say you need it for the prostate to heal, that is not-included in this formula (which could be dangerous to your health, if taken in excess).
