I purchased two 3’ lengths a few months apart as I progressed with my Pompeii pizza oven build. The second one had few dings on the exterior. I had no issues returning and replacing it. The workmanship and quality are outstanding.

Incredible packing
Bought over $700 of product and was nervous about damage in shipment. When I first saw the boxes with the stovepipe I was super concerned as they looked flimsy. Don't judge a book by it's cover. Inside was a super hard shipping tube with plywood ends screwed into place. The pipe was flawless and zero damage on any of my components. Hats off to the company for taking pride in protecting the product. The pipe and all my components are great, fit together nice and snug, then the clamping ring really secures it all. Very very happy with my purchase. Thank you.

Bit pricey but looks really nice
After a couple of returns where I received a defective ones I finally decided to contact the company. The result was very satisfying. The 3rd one I received was OVER-packed. Literally before putting in a shipping box they packed in a plywood package. The result was perfect. Really love the quality and look of my DIY brick pizza oven with the new shiny chimney.
