Didn’t take long to replace
I like it took about 10 minutes to replace the old one and that my temperature is reading correct. My explorer is blowing ice cold air all the time!! So far so good

AC in Car Now Functions Like Brand New
The AC in my 2015 Ford Escape has been running very low (Live in Florida) and I noticed that my outside temperature was showing between 66 and 72 on days that were 85 or 90. I always had to have my AC on MAX Cool or have the temperature set to 65 just to get it to cool. I've pulled the sensor out and sprayed carb cleaner on it and things like that and it seemed to work OK for a day.I purchased this sensor to just to make sure I didn't have a larger issue with the computer or AC or something. This sensor was cheap enough to experiment and I'm glad I did. I unplugged the old sensor and plugged in this new sensor and WHAM!!! I started the car and the outside temp showed 83 just like my phone's weather APP showed it to be. The AC was working like brand new. Now that I've been driving back and forth to work it seems that my AC has found new life and it now working like it was when the car was brand new. I always pull up my weather app to see if there's a difference in the temperature and it always shows exactly or at least 1 degree difference which is perfect.If you are having issues with your AC then try this sensor. You won't regret it.

Hard to install but works perfectly
Said a couple adult words while trying to remove the old sensor and install this one, but my car now have the correct temperature. (Tip: to remove the old one I managed to get a zip-tie around it and yanked it out. Worked the first try after I spent half an hour trying to use pliers.)
