Works great! Magnet is strong, but not so strong that you have to struggle to remove a knife from it. Installation was very easy! Definitely recommend it!

This magnetic utensil holder is exactly as described. Super strong. We mounted it on the side of our refrigerator. It holds knives beautifully. It looks great. I couldn't be more pleased.

This was easy to install. You need a drill, a bit (masonry bit if you are drilling into tile), a level and a screw driver. Mount the bracket, pop on the magnetic bar.It looks sharp. I installed other brands in my last home. The knives would slide down a few inches during the night. Not this one. The magnet is very strong.Definitely recommend it.

Was super easy to install when installing on magnetic metal surface because no mounting hardware is required in this scenario. Even if you had to install the steel backer plate with the screws, it wouldn't take very long. Has very good magnetic adhesion for knives/tools. Overall, good product!

I believe this was the only knife holder that would fit into a small space I have in my kitchen. Regardless, it's working great. It was easy to install and is really sturdy. The magnet holds the knives firmly, but they are easy to pull off.So much better than storing them in drawers.

So, I'm going to cheat, and do a little copy & paste for this review.I bought 2 of these a few months ago, and finally got around to mounting them. They are very powerful and hold big knives easily. I find them to be stylish as well, especially since they are mounted on my backsplash that is made up of grey and silver colored tiles. I like them enough that I ordered 2 shorter bars so I could hang up most of the rest of my knives (I have more knives than I really need). Small and medium size knives will stick really well. Heavier knives with wider blades (chef's knives and cleavers) will also stick easily. I'm thinking that surface area comes into play here, because neither one of my steels will stick to it. The only knives that were a little wonky are my longer thinner carving knives. If mounted with the handle close to the bar, the longer ones tend to settle at a bit of an angle, due to being top heavy. If stuck on in the middle of the blade, they hang straight. There's only one negative thing I can say about these, and it's not really that big of a deal. There's a sticker on each one warning you about the risk of pinching because of the power of the magnet. Definitely pay attention to that warning, but that's not the complaint. The complaint is that the sticker is put on with some really annoying adhesive that requires several applications of Goo-Gone, or lighter fluid to remove. As I said, no big deal. Definitely buy these if you want a modern looking, stylish knife bar.

Lo coloqué ya hace tiempo en mi refrigerador y a pesar del peso no se ha desplazado ni un centímetro (literalmente, lo medí cuando lo coloqué). Además aguanta bastante bien toda una batería de cuchillos y algunos de sus accesorios (tijeras, afilador, etc.) Si no se quiere colocar en el refrigerador trae una placa que s epuede colocar fácilmente en la pared o una estructura de madera. La recomiendo mucho para poder tener un mejor orden en su cocina.

Very nice magnetic knife holder. Bought the 12" version and works great. Mounting solution is great, but does require a drill if you want to properly install onto drywall. You need to drill the correct sized pilot holes for drywall anchors. Double sided tape (not included) could be used, but the magnet is so strong, it'd probably rip the tape off the wall should you need to remove the main part from the mounting plate for whatever reason.The separate mounting plate design does have an advantage. Longer knives tend to swivel around a bit on the holder depending on its weight. You can pull the magnet mount off the mounting plate, wrap a paper towel around it, and put it back onto the mounting plate. The paper towel will give enough friction between your knife and the holder to keep it locked in place. On a white wall, it doesn't look too bad either.

The magnet is strong. Easy installation. Looking quite nice on the wall.

Good strong grip. I used to have thise wooden blocks which attracts ants to build home in it. Switched to this. Happier now. No ants. Good strong grip. Solid material.
