Is it good on gray hair I've been growing it out three years now

Hi there, A hair stylist suggested me this product to hydrate and recover the strength of the hair that has been bleached. if you think you need to hydrate your hair due a bleaching procedures or is dry due the weather or iron, I suggest to get this product.
