Very good, very large, very heavy pan.
The quality of this pan is exceptional. Non-stick is flawless (can't attest to durability). Heat distribution and retention is excellent. It is a very large pan that can hold as much (or even more) than you would expect. I would not hesitate to recomend this pan if you need a pan with these characteristics, I would buy it again. It is big, it holds heat well, it is well made . . . all of this comes with some weight. It isn't cast iron heavy, but it is not something you are going to grab with one hand and flip food . . . unless you are the hulk.

Not a non-stick.
No matter how much oil you use and wash with care. Everything sticks to it after 1 month

A step up from other nonstick. You can actually see the fond
I've owned non-stick pans from Calphalon and All-clad. This blows them away:No worries about the teflon leaching chemicals in the food.- Heat it as hot as you want- It sears and browns like an anodized aluminum pan, but without a drop of oil- The light-colored surface lets you actually see the caramelized juices coming out of the food, and you see the fond developing on the pan. After using other non-stick pans and anodized pans, the lighter color let me see things I never had.- It cleaned up in a snap, with no worries about scratching it.- It was so non-stick I find myself chasing food with a spatula. Trying to turn two salmon burgers was like my dog chasing an ice cube across the linoleum floor. If it were only one burger, I would have flipped it by flicking the pan. That last one is a bit of a drawback. If you can't flick the pan to turn the food, be prepared to use another implement (or a careful finger) to stop food from running away. One month update:This pan can be used at high searing temperatures that would damage teflon-based nonstick coatings. It seared beautifully, but I ended up with some charred remains that would not clean off, even with a scrubby sponge that is made for non-stick coatings. A little barkeeper's friend easily cleaned it, and the surface seems unphased, and it continues to be very non-stick. This combination of non-stick qualities with the toughness of a stainless steel pan is great, as long as I respect the differences. It can be used for high-heat searing, but then it doesn't clean with a paper towel like a non-stick.
