This certainly helped my kneck when it was stinging, and painful

Far too short feels like it's throttling you. Support almost non existent and very uncomfortable on the base of the skull as there is no 'scoop' to accommodate head shape. Magnets don't appear to do anything and overall managed to increase neck pain!

read the reviews as i didnt and they state its to short and feels like u being strangled. apart from that it does warm up. i added extra velcro to it as quite often chinese measurements are smaller than uk

Not as long in the strap as some thankfully. So a better fit for me & it does help reduce pain & discomfort.

Would have been a lot better if the front strap was wider. Felt like it was strangling.
