Great find! With a little google power I found a Reddit thread of bartenders offering their opinion on brine alternatives and this was by far the most recommended. I love to enjoy a couple extra dirty martinis each weekend but an expensive jar of olives has only enough brine to make 2-3 drinks and the many many brine-less olive jars sitting in my fridge we’re making me think that there’s got to be a better way. Orders a double pack because the price made sense and I was confident after readying reviews. This will be a bad staples for me! Is it better than my garlic stuffed olive brine, that might not be a yes BUT this is the real deal. A large bottle of olive brine, not weird tasting almost kinda crap, that I throughly enjoyed in my martinis last weekend. I’ll be keeping this on my favorites list and recommending to all my fellow dirty martini lovers Do it, grab a bottle (or two!)

I think it's the best dirty martini (olive brine) mix on the market, and I've tried a bunch. Not overly salty, and agrees with my (internals) system. My recipe is a bed of sliced oranges, large ice cubes, a shot of vodka, a generous drizzle of Dirty Sue and filled with carbonated water with a teaspoon of baking soda added per chilled bottle of water before carbonating. All mixed/consumed in a two oz measuring glass and a large aluminum cup.

This is the essential ingredient for a Dirty Martini. I have used Dirty Sue olive brine for several years, and it is the best option available. I'm very satisfied with its quality, and it is also affordably priced.

I had been looking for "just olive juice" for a long time. I bought a different brand and it tasted horrid. Then I saw this stuff and took the time to call the company that makes it. They were very good about answering the questions that I had and the staff that I talked to was just a really nice individual. I like to hear when people sound genuinely happy at their job when I call a company. After getting my questions answered, I ordered here on amazon.. and got my "just olive juice" that i'd been looking for. It got here in great condition.. the bottles were HUGE. I was not expecting them to be as big as they are. I expected beer bottle size.. and I got wine bottle size. So there is more than enough to use what I need it for. It truly does smell like olive juice and will work perfectly for my purpose. I don't have a single problem with this product and I am very thankful that it has been made available.

This mix is delicious. We have not found anything this good, we thought we found our #1 mix but unfortunately we won’t be buying it again. Every time we drink this we can’t get enough water after, I mean nonstop drinking water, just can’t drink enough water. Yes, dirty martini’s are salty, we are well aware of that but never to this extent. I really wish this mix wasn’t so extremely, over the top salty because it would have been our go to mix it tastes that good. It says 350mg of salt per 3/4 oz to us it tastes saltier than that. Unfortunately onto another brand for us.

It is the perfect mate for a good gin or vodka dirty martini!
