Helped my methane sibo. I was very concerned about having a miserable time on vacation, so I bought these as a last resort. I am amazed at how well they worked. I’m so glad I don’t need to take antibiotics again. I use these together with digestive enzymes from Pure (w hcl) and also Fodzymes. The combination of the three things alleviated all of my symptoms. I honesty I am not sure if it was just one product or the combination. But this truly worked for me and I thought it was worth putting it out here for anyone else looking for quick relief. I will keep this up for a few weeks and then back off slowly. I hope this helps someone out there. Update. 2 weeks in gave me horrible stomach cramps and pain. I still feel this product worked but perhaps you have to back off after a couple of weeks. Lowered my review to four star. Better guidance on the instructions would be good.

This product worked to clean up and out the bacteria in my gut caused by my uninformed overuse of probiotics. I had constant bad gas. It’s now mostly under control and I have less bloating, gas, and better bowel movements.

I’ve been taking this product for over 2 weeks and haven’t seen any noticeable difference. I have been fighting SIBO and major IBS flares ups for months. I’ve finished 2 rounds of Xiafaxin (which helped A LOT) but was still feeling kind of crummy. I brought this bottle to my holistic doctor and she said it wouldn’t be helpful for SIBO (which is was dishonesty marketed towards). She did mention it could be helpful if you got some other type of intestine bacteria…but it wouldn’t make any difference for SIBO. I was really hoping this would make a difference but sadly it didn’t help me at all. Save your money and take lauraciden instead (or if you are really lucky get your hands on some Xiafaxin).

It only took a couple of days for me to see an improvement in my SIBO. I’m amazed that I didn’t have to go on an antibiotic. I think a month will do it for me but I ordered another bottle for the future.

My sister has taken this and signed up to her Program. After a year of abdomen problems and countless Dr Visits, this cured it along with her probiotic capsules.
