Easy to setup. Great quality. Able to read number plates which I was having difficulty on a previous cheaper brand. Good video at night too. Adas is slow and unreliable on indian reads it seems. Only use "vehicle ahead movement detection". Even that is not accurate. Good audio recording. Good video stability. App design is not bad. On my previous brand app, I could scroll based on time. But here I have small video files, which I have to open and figure out when was it for.

Pros: 1.front camera video quality is very good and rear camera good. 2.easy to install ( not done hardwire ) 3.able to view front and rear video via app 4.when you change your lane , it announces lane departure ( only when lane lines are marked, if not no announcement 👏. AI works very well) 5.front collision warning 6.trip route 7.picture quality good ( both front and back) 8. Night vision video ( front and rear) good. 9.app provide easy to download in any phone via wifi. If your phone has memory card slot then it is much faster than wifi to download. 10.if you enable to Capture audio then you can hear in the video. When you car is on and not moving.. if all mirrors are closed .. still audio us captured.. Cons. 1. Front camera Heats quickly ( CC SAYS IT IS EXPECTED but no need to worry). Yes I tested continuously for 2 hrs and 15 minutes. No issues found .. 2. Rear camera should be manufactured with 360 degree rotation. Note: without hardwire kit parking surveillance will not work. Live rear camera video is not viewable via Mobile app, so don’t think it is a bug / issue in Mobile app. Overall I feel worth of buying this camera. Writing this review after couple of long journeys. Will add pictures after downloading..

The 70mai Pro Plus+ A500S Dual Channel Car Dash Cam is a feature-rich device offering excellent 2K resolution for clear video quality, even in low-light conditions. Its dual-channel setup captures both front and rear views, ensuring comprehensive coverage. The built-in GPS and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) add safety and convenience. The app connectivity makes it easy to access footage and manage settings. However, the lack of a bundled SD card atleast 64gb ( i had to buy it again :( ) and occasional app glitches could be improved ( hope fully may improve with updates). Overall, it's a reliable and value-for-money dash cam for everyday use..Highly recommended!!!

The 70mai Pro Plus+ A500S Dual Channel Dash Cam is a good product overall. The front camera offers sharp 3K video quality, and the rear camera provides decent Full HD footage. The GPS and ADAS features are very useful, and the app makes managing recordings and settings simple. Night recording quality is satisfactory, and the optional parking mode adds extra security. However, there are several complaints that need to be addressed: Complaint Points: 1. No CPL Filter for Rear Camera A CPL filter is available only for the front camera. It’s disappointing that no CPL filter option exists for the rear camera, which is a significant limitation for users in India. 2. High Sensitivity of Emergency Recording The sensitivity of the emergency recording feature is too high. Even on the lowest sensitivity setting, the dash cam activates emergency recording every time the car crosses a speed bumper, which is frustrating and clutters the recordings. 3. Confusing Label for Audio Recording Toggle In the settings, the toggle for audio recording is labeled simply as “Recording.” This can confuse users who might think it refers to video recording. It should be labeled more clearly as “Audio Recording.” 4. Settings Wiped After Software Updates Every time a software update is installed, all user settings are wiped out. Reconfiguring the dash cam after every update is time-consuming and inconvenient. 5. Password Recovery Does Not Work The password recovery feature does not work. When I tried it, I couldn’t recover my account details, which was a frustrating experience. If these issues are resolved in future updates and improvements, this dash cam could provide a far better user experience.

The reverse camera is not has expected quality of video is not good and lag when i access the videos. Front video quality is good both day and night. If your car is like thar, scorpio etc with windshield almost vertical try some other camera that fit appropriate and i dont say its not good if no alternative found like me this goes well because as front camera quality is good. i bought this for my thar the wiring is not easy especially the rear and also it not camera fault but the bonnet of car is too lengthy so to identify the number on the number plate the car should be near to other vehicle and thiers no option to record in zoom in . App works good. I purchased external hardware kit with fuse adapter but the parking surveillance vudeo is not working and i have took the seller nexdigitron during time of installation but i guess their or not into right socket i have to reach them back. Go with fuse adapter if your purchasing hardware kit if you are the type like me who has fear of wire burns/cutouts Overall its good price for the front video clarity. If you ask me about rear its zero rating.

I ordered two of these 70 mai dashcams for two cars. Both dashcams have had multiple issues listed below: 1. The wire to connect the rear camera was not working. I had to connect with customer care to replace it. 2. Once this wire was replaced, the front camera stopped working (as in the attached video). So I had to connect with the customer care again to get the front camera replaced. 3. One of the dashcams failed to read the memory card. It continues to show the same message time and again - "Please reset your memory card before inserting". 4. The dashcam though it says both front and rear, you can record only either front view or rear view at a time, and not both. So it defeats the purpose. 5. The app in the phone connects with the dashcam but recording happens only if you keep the app actively on top of other apps, or else it disconnects. Very very inconvenient. I definitely wasted 20k for these two dashcams and I badly regret it now. In one of my conversations with the customer care, I raised a concern with so many issues with the new cam. And the response was - "with electronic items it's expected, and that's why you get one year of warranty and support". It's funny how casual the response was. Giving one star for two reasons here: 1. There was no option to give 0 stars. 2. The speed at which customer care agreed to replace the wire and then later the front camera. Conclusion: NOT recommended.

I was using the previous version for last 4 years. Extremely reliable device. Good video quality. Withstand the high heat of UAE. ADAS functions also works perfect. Parking mode some time seems too senstive, but with current price it is acceptable.

This is my second purchase of this camera. The only negative is that the price has increased dramatically for some reason which takes away the value for money, however didn't deter me because it performs well.

ADAS is useless Parking alarm recording require additional kit! No connection with camera if you are far from the car. Disapointing product
