A very good product overall and recieved with very good packaging quality of both mirrors, viz.. the are really good it is sturdy enough and has a Snug fit with hinges allow flexibility needed for the degrees of freedom not to interfere with our movemen and can be extended and collapsed to align with wall. it was easy to install. you can do it yourself if you have the right tools and knack or can get it installed by your carpentor easily I got two units for my bathrooms and I am quite satisfied with the functional aspect that does the job well and good quality overall. worth the money.

I bought this item because I didn't have enough space to fit in a regular mirror over my dining area basin. This product solved the purpose. These are the pros and cons I observed - Pros: 1. Packaging was good and neatly done. Item received as shown in picture. 2. Material quality is good. This is not a light metal cheap product. 3. The length and size of the mirror legs are as described. 4. Glass looks good and pristine for now. Magnification is enough for regular shaving work. 5. The price is competitive indeed. Cons: 1. The screws were attached to the leg joint with a tape that was quite sticky. We had to remove the remaining glue mark with a cloth. Not a show stopper but can be avoided easily while packing the item. Verdict: Buy.

I purchased this Magnifying Shaving Makeup Mirror, and after 8 months, the handle joint broke during normal use. Since it had a 1-year warranty, I contacted the company and shared the required photos. In the photo, there was slight water scale on the glass. The seller claimed that the water at my place has high pH value, and therefore the warranty cannot be claimed. When I asked where this condition is mentioned, they said it is written in the Terms & Conditions. However, after checking the warranty terms carefully, there is no such condition mentioned anywhere. This is very disappointing. Instead of honoring the warranty, they are giving baseless excuses. Poor after-sales support. Not recommended.

Very firm and of good quality. I loved it

The way I receive this product was completely packed with safety so that it won’t get damaged during transportation. I am amazed with product quality as well and very easy to install. The one thing I will surely recommend to improve is for all the ball joints must be provided with cushioning material or nylon/Teflon bushing to make the movement very hassle free. Same for 360 rotation as well. Overall I am satisfied with the product.
