Overall it’s a pretty good fan for the price of 1,699 but compared to the previous generation model, it’s too fast at 1 number speed setting which makes it noisier, uncomfortable and inefficient. Can be improved by making it run slowly and smoothly at low speed settings.

Worst product! Stopped working in 2 weeks & zero service response!
Worst product and terrible customer service!Review:I purchased this fan, but within two weeks, it stopped working with a loud noise. I contacted customer service immediately, and they promised to send a technician. It has been over a month now, and nobody has come to check or fix it. There is absolutely no warranty support or customer care response. Very disappointed with this purchase. Do not buy!

The fan was delivered through Amazon, and the packaging was in good condition. I am writing this review after using the product for a month. Upon opening the package to assemble the fan, I discovered that the strip holding the outer assembly was broken, necessitating a replacement. This strip seems to be merely glued in place and can easily break when tightened, so I recommend avoiding excessive force. A traditional clip mechanism would have been a more secure and convenient option.Assembly was straightforward, although a screwdriver would have been helpful. The fan's design is appealing. However, contrary to other reviews, I found the fan to be quite noisy. The noise level fluctuates with voltage changes, but it remains noticeably loud. While it's quieter than older models, I expected more significant improvements in fan technology over the past decade.The fan effectively circulates air over a wide area, approximately 400 centimeters, with a 90-degree arc of rotation. However, the noise level on the highest speed is too high, making the first speed setting more practical. Additionally, the oscillation mechanism is stiff and difficult to adjust.I rarely needed to change the fan speed due to the noise, and the first speed provides adequate airflow. The rotation mechanism is also problematic, requiring excessive force to lock the fan in place. Maybe this issue is there on this product only because the one before replacement I didn’t find it stiff.Apart from this I didn’t find any missing part in assembly. Would have been great if it had remote control. Overall I would say it is value for money taking into account its flow and design.Also regarding noise maybe coz my room is small and windows remain closed I am feeling noise harsh if your room is bigger and windows are opened one won’t appreciate this noise a lot. I am not totally sure regarding this.
