Mic volume is too low so no use for singing

Can be used as a toy for kids. Sound quality is not so good. Microphone performance is very poor.

We got this mic after reading the 5-star reviews plus the "Amazon's Choice" label. Unfortunately, after only 3 uses, we were unable to recharge the mic. It was DEAD and could not even be turned on-- even after we charged it for 12 hours, 24 hours, then 2 days!!! DEAD!!! We were not able to return or exchange it either due to the 30-day return policy! Basically, we just spent $30 for the case and a fake mic that we now use as a prop/toy for my 5-year-old. **Updates: After I reached out to Bonaok's customer service department, I got an email the same day with instructions on possible ways to recharge the piece (i.e. remove the battery then put it back on, using a different set of cables, etc). The piece is still not charging nor lit up after multiple attempts. So they asked me to send them videos showing them my efforts. Finally, they email me back and tell me they would send me a new microphone. The replacement mic arrived in less than 5 days, and YES, it works fine. No problem at all.

Good quality just wish the sound was a little louder

I had a small issue where you could hear static feeding back when there was no activity on the mic (in between songs) and the mic wasn't picking up very loud. It's a fun device otherwise! I left a review about the minor issues and they responded very promptly and offered to send me a new one without having to send the old one back. They were very instant to meet my needs and and insure I was satisfied with their service and product. I think they have excellent customer service. I wasn't asking for a replacement or complaining it was a terrible product, but they went above and beyond to make me happy as their customer and fix my issues with the microphone. I like that! I would absolutely recommend buying from them anytime, they will make sure you're satisfied and taken care of. I would definitely buy from them again!! And BTW the new mic works fantastic so far no issues. Thank you for sending a new one without hesitation and being an excellent seller and taking care of your customers.
