I love this machine. It makes the perfect cup of coffee with the DG pods. I love the Starbucks range best. I didn’t quite understand how this machine worked until I started using it. I had my heart set on purchasing a cappuccino machine with a fresh milk dispenser, but wanted to save money. If you’re looking for a machine that ‘self’ dispenses the water, then this one won’t do that. It’s perfectly fine, because the manual operation of this machine allows you to place as much or as little water in your cup as you like to personalise the coffee taste. This machine is a great size, value for money and produces amazing tasting coffee. Highly recommended 🥰

This is the smallest, Cutest, most affordable Dolce Gusto coffee machine you will ever see. Its literally tiny and fits everywhere with minimal footprint. It honestly does the job of all its siblings at a fraction of the cost; the only tradeoff is that you need to "stop" the operation manually, which means you can't step away from machine while working. I have the same one at home and it makes better coffee. Probably it's the capsules that are sold in this country. I use original (latte) everywhere, but I get more coffee at home

I had a terrible experience ordering this coffee machine from Amazon. The package arrived in unacceptable condition — the box was completely damaged, crushed, and looked like it had been opened or mishandled multiple times. This is already a bad start for something that’s supposed to be brand new. Unfortunately, it gets worse. The machine itself does not work at all. It won’t power on properly, and when it does, it fails to brew anything. Clearly defective right out of the box. This is extremely disappointing and a complete waste of time. I expected better quality control and handling. Receiving a broken product in a destroyed box is simply not acceptable. I would not recommend buying this item — very poor experience overall.

Very happy about the choice. Coffee machine was delivered on time and works perfectly. Also, it’s very compact and do not take much space on the counter. Highly recommended.

I bought it for an apartment we rent out, I wanted it as a treat for our guests. It looks good and functions well, however it doesn't stop on it's own and you need to know how much time each coffee would need and turn it off accordingly, very disappointed because I had a similar one at the office and it had a button for the lines showing on the pod , very simple. It is also very noisy , so much noise from a small device making an espresso you feel like you should hol it down.
