New product for us, and there seems to be a short "flush" every 15 minutes or so. Is this normal? It is round the clock...becoming annoying. adjust?

If it's sounding like a quick and sorry release of water is likely just being a tiny adjustment to the black rubber tube that goes from the fill valve and into the overflow pipe to the right. Make certain the tube isn't too long and kinked as you'll need to get it directly into this pipe that fills with water when your toilet bowl fills. This will remedy that issue.

What does the entire unit measure from top to bottom?

The part of the unit that is supposed to fit inside the water tank is 230 mm + 45 mm thread.The unit is however adjustable, so it can be higher if wanted. I cannot say how high.Oh... it says here on the box: EZ-Twist height adjusts from 9" to 14" to fit most tanks.I hope the information was helpful. Good luck. Jan, Denmark
