Is this actually nsf certified? it says "independently tested by 3rd party labs" abut they don't actually say "nsf certified" which is what matters

It doesn't look like the NSF certified it. The description says "Filters are certified to NSF/ANSI Standards 42, 53, and 401 for contaminant reduction". Certifying it to NSF standards, being tested for those standards by a 3rd party does not make it NSF certified. The NSF didn't test it. EpicWater is not lying about it, they are just not telling the complete truth. They are not saying the NSF certified it, just that it meets their standards. Now, who is this 3rd party that is certifying it? Is it EpicWater?

Seller: any chance for a glass pitcher (instead of plastic)?

If this is helpful, I immediately pour the filtered water into a glass container, so it doesn't sit and absorb plastic toxins. This is for the seller: I'm interested in the glass container also. I hope the glass container will still fit these filters, because I always keep a stock of extra filters. I'd suggest the new design doesn't have the filtered water sit touching the plastic filter, as it does now.

I can’t get the lid to stay in ??? Is there a reason for this? The timer does not work at all and I’m so frustrated with the whole system .
