Amazing customer service and they stand behind their products
After owning the scooter for almost one year the rear axle broke on my son's (8yr old) scooter. Upon contacting Vokul directly, they offered to send us a new axel free of charge. Then in the months past before being able to install the new axle, we misplaced the rear wheel. I contacted Vokul again and they graciously offered to send my son a new wheel, which arrived within a few days, amazing. Things break, its part of life.
