It’s American not British.

I was disappointed to note that a lot of ingredients were American and needed searched by Google. Also the heating was in Fahrenheit . I didn’t expect this hinderance when I ordered it. As for the word “ healthy” I was questioning the amount of fatty dairy products used in many recipes. Not my best choice !
