These have been really effective for reducing how jarring loud or shrill sounds can be, while still letting me hear what is going on. I also find that they reduce ambient noise very effectively. They can be a little tricky to get out of my ears sometimes, but my biggest grip is that the metal case squeaks horribly whenever I twist the cap on/off. Still planning to get another backup pair.

I'm a female (smaller ear canals?) and these earplugs seemed too big for me. I did not get the sound reduction I thought I should get, though up to half of sound was lessened at an MBL game. When I pressed on the plugs in my ears I got sound reduction in line with what I was expecting but lost it again when I stopped pressing. I have nothing to compare these to because this is the first set of musician earplugs I've worn and I did not buy them for music per se. So my rating isn't as important if you are a musician. They have a great carry case.

These are awesome. They were uncomfortable at the start but they grow on you. Make sure you keep them clean or they will make your ears itchy.

These are just like the eargasms. But they are cheaper. Only thing no info or instructions. I bought them because I have Bells Palsy, and for some reason it made my ear more sensitive to loud and high pitch sounds. Oh they are pretty comfortable, and hard to see so very discreet, just be careful when removing them from your ears you don't want to rip the tab.

I really love these. I get chronic migraines and lately I have been using these in loud places. I have used them during a show, church even at work. They just reduce the noise. I can still here really well. They just reduce the total amount of sound or decibels hitting my ear drums. This has saved me some uncomfortable loud noises. I was worried these would be poor quality compared to other noise reducing ear plugs because it was significantly less priced. These are totally worth it. They fit snug in my ears. A little pressure in the ears which is totally normal. The handy little case makes it easy to bring these everywhere. Never know when you might be on a loud train or terminal or at the supermarket with screaming kids. They can be used for so much more than concerts.

These work great. If I go to sleep with them, they block out almost everything. They are waaayyy better than foam plugs.These are basically musician's earplugs. They don't completely block the sound, they just turn all the noise down.I bought a different brand that was 50% more. These seem to be the same plugTIP - If you dip your little finger in water and wet the ear canal opening, the plugs go in easily.Put the little tab on the up side. If you gently pull it, you'll be able to hear if you need to. A little push on the bottom for quieter.

These are big for my ears (5'11 woman), and they get stuck in the too-long canister and you can't get them out with your finger, you need a stick or the handle of a spoon or something. So I don't use them very much for those reasons. (Mostly because they are always stuck in the canister.)

These work well and are comfortable to wear. Only issue is they are hard to get out of tube!
