Do You LOVE black licorice?
If you love black licorice then this is your brand. This is the best licorice hard candy to be had. It is a mix of both licorice root and anise so it has a real nice licorice punch. Delish!

Delicious little throat soothers
I discovered these on a trip to London a few years ago, and love them! I was so happy to find them on Amazon.

Good Flavor
I like the licorice flavor. Good and strong. But I'm not used to licorice/anise candy being sour. These candies have a sourness level I'd associate with fruit flavored hard candies. Very odd to my American tastes. Especially since I don't like sour candies so I buy stuff like horehound and licorice instead, hah! Anyway, worth the experiment. They're unusual and delicious if you like sour licorice! Good quality.
