I’ve been on a health kick since June of last year and lost 40 pounds before I hit a spot where I just wasn’t losing anymore. I also realized when working bout I didn’t have as much energy so I looked up a few different brands of ore workouts. The amino lean caught my eye right away I was able to see that this ore work out has zero sugar and zer carbs!!! I also don’t like jitters and read the reviews about how this is more of clean energy and no jitters. So I bought it, once received I was amazed by how good it tasted! And then once the 30 min passed I was ready to get my workout in and it was GREAT! Here we are a month later and I’ve a total of 15 lbs with the help of this amazing product! Now I will say this isn’t the only thing that helped me lose weight working out 2-3 times a day drinking a gallon of water and eating right also helped me achieve that weight loss but thanks to this product it helped me continue losing weight. I’m currently 192, in June of 2029 I weighed 242! I’m a 5’3 female.

I purchased the amino lean preworkout in flavor blackberry pomegranate. I bought this brand because I saw great reviews for it on tiktok and wanted to see what the hype was about. I have tried a lot of pre workout brands and I especially like how amino lean doesn’t make me feel shakey and itchy and is gentle on my stomach. It feels a lot more natural than other preworkout and it tastes amazing. It works great and gives me the energy to jumpstart my 7am workouts! Would definitely purchase again!

I only tried this because my quadralean was not available. This gives you energy without the stimulant jitters and mixes well in a smoothie. But the other reviews on here are correct. It is waaaaay too sweet and I'm not a fan of the stevia. They've got a potentially 5 star product if they would get rid of the stevia.

Wow! What an amazing product. I completely fell in love with this pre workout supplement. I took it about 20 min before my workout and I definitely felt the difference RIGHT AWAY. I was shocked on the amount of reps I was able to do. Felt energized but without the jitters. Definitely got more out of my workout than I was ever able to do. And afterwards I didn't feel sluggish. Not to mention the flavor is absolutely DELICIOUS! I got the blackberry pomegranate. Highly recommend it! UPDATE: I recently purchased the pineapple coconut flavor. Flavor is okay but it sure had me running to the bathroom and had an upset stomach. So I switched back to blackberry pomegranate. It's still my favorite product and will definitely continue using it, just not the coconut flavor!

I like this product a lot. It tastes WAY better than most similar products. Isn't overly sweet and doesn't have that "fake flavoring" taste a lot of products do. It's kind of like crystal light. I will say that as a pre workout it isn't particularly potent. Is definitely helps with focus and drive, but it doesn't give you crazy energy or pump. At the same time, it also does not give you that horrible niacin tingle/pins and needles feeling that some pre workouts do. I find that for maximum effectiveness I have to cycle on and off of it. After a few months it starts to loose it's effectiveness so I will swap for something else for a few weeks before going back on it. Of course this happens with any product, so no stars off for that. If you are looking for an extreme pre workout that makes you feel jacked up, this isn't it (not is it billed as such). However if you want something that will improve your workout without making you feel like you're on crank, and that you can take on a normal non-workout day when you are feeling drained, this stuff is great. The price is excellent too, and it goes on sale regularly. I can't comment on any weight loss characteristics as I have been bulking the entire time I have used this product.

I love this product for the clean energy it gives me. It’s also tasty. But I just want to give a heads up that I was stopped for extra screening at TSA because of it, and when the agent swabbed it for explosive residue, it alerted positive. They said it was for sure a false positive but it cost me a full pat down which wasn’t awesome. Not sure I want to put stuff in my body that would be mistaken for an explosive, so just something to be mindful of!

I had/have tried several different amino drinks. RSP is by far my very favorite. It is affordable, great taste, no after-taste & great people to call or email if you have any questions. They are like a family and are always available to meet your needs or answer your questions! I tried a few of the flavors and the Passion Fruit is my all time fave!!!! I haven’t gotten any jitters with this product and I do seem to notice a little pick-me-up compared to some of the others I’ve tried. No icky after taste. No crashing. Yay! I stopped taking it regularly for awhile til I knew my medications were ok with it and I missed it...a lot! I was so excited to get back to it. I craved it while off of it and wanted that little extra help/drive it gave me in the day. It’s a great price compared to some and right in there with most others. I like it so much I have added it to my Subscribe & Save and now can get it a little cheaper and auto ship so I don’t have to worry about running out or reordering. A friend and fellow workout-junkie recommended this product to me after hearing me talk about my disappointment in the last several pre-workouts I tried. And let me tell you, do yourself a favor a BUY THIS PRE-WORKOUT! I love the consistent energy this product gives me, the versatility in uses based on # of scoops (e.g., 1 scoop for afternoon pick-me-up or before a night out if I don't want to start drinking early, 2-3 scoops before gym/training), flavors (Fruit Punch & Blackberry Pomegranate so far, though I hope to try more soon!), and value. The product mixes easily with water and tastes delicious. I personally think the product gives me energy QUICKER than others I have taken which can take up to 20 min to kick in, gives me energy GRADUALLY, and LASTS. My husband is a fan too, and is looking forward to using the rest of his Optimum Nutrition Amino pre-workout and converting to RSP Amino!

Super affordable! I’ve been taking this for two years now and I always come back to get more. Love the flavour, gives you a good energy spike without getting jittery. Quality is great and super effective!

Love , love ,love this is my favorite pre workout of all time! As soon as it comes back in stock will by more! I'm sensitive to caffeine and coffee and usually have poor side effects when I have too much coffee or drink it on a empty stomach but this prework tastes great and had no side effects! Felt great using it would recommend to anyone!!

Too sweet, but good overall

I love this pre-workout and I use as caffeine substitute. The pomegranate flavour is my favourite. I take everyday and it’s delicious. I hope it comes back in stock soon.

Gave me lots of energy but definitely more of a crash afterwards. Says it's sugar free but it is extremely sweet. It's almost impossible to dissolve in water. Maybe boiling would help. The taste is fine if I add some lemon but I just can't stand the grainy texture😬 (Photo shows the undisolved powder on the lid even after using warm water and shaking the crap out of it)
