Q: Why do some get the wooden pieces and others the metal? How do i make sure I'd get the metal ones?

I cannot explain why, other than probably different versions. Our game has the metal ones. StyLynn Treasures.

Q: Has anyones game come with no metal pieces or dice. Amazing that they can send a game wrapped in plastic that is missing the main parts.

Fortunately, mine came with the metal pieces and the dice.

Q: Does this gameboard have the metal figures or wood

The dog houses and bones are plastic, but the tokens are metal.
