I didn't expect it to work so well, but here I am lmfao. Works EXTREMELY well if you're struggling with hormonal acne, and cleared up the majority of my blemishes in 2 weeks. Of course, I'm still dealing with dark spots and certain spots, but controls most of the issues I was struggling with. Would recommend to any high schooler who wants something effective but broke lol

B3 and B5 work together to promote skin repair, this is a good source of B5 and works well for me. Recommend taking with a similar quantity of B3 and don't recommend exceeding the 1 a day dose. Good for problem skin when the amount in a standard Vit B complex vitamin isn't enough. High Vit B5 can affect absorbsion of Biotin (low Biotin affects hair appearance) so you may need to up your intake of that, Blackmore's 'Hair Skin & Nails' works for that (I take 1, 3 times a week, this also helps skin a lot)
