Wonderful mobile from a performing brand at a great price. Nothing to complain here, it's been my second OnePlus in 5 years (I have used my previous OnePlus for 5 years!!!!) Fast as ever, and with many other good things, the best of them being the OS itself which is quite light and yet very user friendly. The hardware is of course the best in the world which is their USP. The cameras have been heavily advertised but seems like thats they still have few issues getting the best out of it, that alone is the only con if I must choose one.

Cons: Camera does not have telephoto lenz, or Optical image stabilisation. Having said that, it DOES have digital zoom x10, and digital stabilisation. Still superb value for the price. Pro: Everything's lovely - 120hz screen refresh, 12gb ram and 256 hard drive, I thrash the battery with downloads uploads, browsing , streamimg etc and it last a working day no problem. Very fast snapdragon 888 processor.

Well this is my first oneplus phone so I wasn't sure what to expect. After a few months of using this phone I realise that this phone is is good for money. So the positives to me have been the super fast charging (60w). This is perfect for those days when I forget to put my phone on charge and 30-minutes later I have 100% battery. With a Full battery lasting a day and a half which is fantastic. One of the other advantage this phone has is it's dual SIM. I didn't realise that when I bought the phone as it comes in handy if you have an additional SIM or on holiday. The operating system is a delight to use and has more custom features than the normal Samsung. The camera is great but not fantastic. It still has a few teething software issues which I'm sure will be rectified in the future. I am not a big camera user so it doesn't bothe me. One feature that I haven't been able to try is the 5G. This is because the area where I live currently doesn't have any coverage. Not sure if the 5G will affect battery life as well.

Upgraded after a cracked screen on my 4 year old OnePlus 5. Phone slightly larger, but screen great. Performance excellent. Went for 12GB ram, 256GB storage to future proof. Pictures are very good (people comment), finger print in screen and good performance face recognition. Use dual SIM to simplify work and personal numbers. Use all Microsoft apps including Teams for video calls without a problem when away from notebook. Warp charger so quick, really useful when you are having a busy day and want to top up.

Be careful as Amazon don't offer insurance cover for accidental damage on products above certain price. I thought I had added one to the basket during purchase but didn't realise that it was taken off automatically. Contacted Amazon afterwards for it, no offer of insurance. Contacted Oneplus, they said they only offer insurance on handsets purchased from them directly. As luck would have it, the phone fell from my trouser pocket while getting out of the car and a 2.5 feet drop broke the screen! When contacted Amazon, they weren't able to do anything about it. The Oneplus OS has bugs. After couple of months of use, suddenly some of the gestures stopped working. I don't love the phone any more as much as I loved my previous OP6. Camera gives slightly blurry photos, although the camera boasted about great Hasseblad lenses - all a gimmick. Plastic case! What on Earth made OP make that decision? Even OP6 had a metal body. I hope it would last a little bit longer than 2 years before the OS suddenly crashes like the previous OP6 did, but I not so hopeful. Next phone isn't going to be OP I think. Only thing I didn't go for Google Pixel is that Google don't seem to support app clones (dual apps), which OP does. Those are the negatives, rest all good.

One of the most surprising and a good purchase for me, more specifically since I got it at an amazing price. The phone looks great and it was for my mom and she enjoys using it.

I got this at just over £600 from amazon (256G memory version), and at this price this has a lot of good features. Not at ultra level you see in £1000 phones, but the camera is very good, battery life lasts me a few days (OK, I am a light user), and everything just works in a snappy way. Speakers are good for family remote meetings, quite loud etc. If you can get this offer again, the I recommend this phone for a good upper mid range phone that does everything you need.

The phone was fine untill oppo took over now the software is buggy with main apps such as Facebook stop working randomly and have to reboot the phone only happens 2 /3 times a week but annoying. Shame as OnePlus had the best software at one point. Please fix

Lots of options for use like hands free calling, start maps running and turn off display and it will keep going by talking to you. desent battery life.

Great item, value for money

I mean the title literally. The phone just restarted by itself every 10-20 seconds I tried to use it, couldn't even get through the setup. Very disappointing considering it seemed in perfect conditions physically but that doesn't mean much when you can't use the phone at all, at least it's pretty I guess. Also, the battery didn't go up at all whenever I tried charging it, couldn't even get it past 10%, and on top of that it got really, really hot after a few minutes of being plugged in. Couldn't recommend it less, if I could give this product 0 stars I would.

There are a few things wrong with this phone. The phone gets really hot after a couple of hours of use. It seems that I can't uninstall the T-Mobile icon/app from the phone. There is a discrepancy which I am disappointed with. Description on the phone says 128gb storage capacity but the details say 256gb memory/flash storage capacity. So I was under the impression that I would be able to add a memory card to get the full memory capacity of 256gb. Because of these issues is why I am not happy with the purchase. The price is good and so far the battery life lasts all day.
