I purchased the “MyHalos Heated Eye Mask for Dry Eyes”. I find that it is easy to use. Simply place the mask in your microwave for 90 seconds. I found that this eye mask does meticulously well in distributing the moist heat thoroughly. I use the heated eye mask to warm my lymphatic ducts which are located right below the eyes. The moist heat lasts for approximately 5 minutes and this eye mask can be reheated. I find it extremely calming and relaxing too. I recommend this eye mask!
