I've been wearing this watch band for almost a year now. I really appreciate the fact that this was a 2-pack on the watch bands, as I bought one for myself, & one for my husband. Both of us have very active jobs, & needed watch bands that would hold up under the stress of our jobs. In all honesty, the only reason I had to order a new set of bands, is to replace the pins for my husband's band. I could have gotten just replacement pins, but I figured it was just as easy to get a whole new set of watchbands. I like the fact that the set comes with an extra set of pins, so obviously, the manufacturer knows that the pins are a weak point, & from what I have seen, they are really the only weak point on the watchband. I have larger wrists for my size, & I have the watchband adjusted all the way down (with the velcro), whereas my husband has very large wrists, so his band is adjusted all the way out. And I think that is one of the reasons that he has had a little bit more of an issue with the watch pins.I haven't tried to use the firestarter tool, & I have only used the whistle a couple of times. The whistle works quite well. The compass & thermometer are mainly for show. The compass can easily be interferred with, especially if you use power tools (such as any sort of jackhammer, or anything that vibrates). It also has a tendency to get stuck in one position. The thermometer isn't totally accurate, & I tend to forget about it. And the paracord is really for show, but this is a really functional & durable watchband otherwise. The fact that it has held up with my job has been impressive! It is honestly one of my favorite watchbands that I have worn, & purchased.

I make my own but did not have the clamps and no time to go get them. This watch band is worth more then what they are chraging. Buy it!!

Strong plastic clasp. Great survival tools added. Great design. Exactly what I was looking for in a watch band.

It's ok. I don't like how part of the plastic closure pokes out because It's wider than my wrist.. I'm not tiny either. Its is pretty cool for a watch band..

I bought this watch strap as a gift and it's a cool idea just not executed correctly/rational.Because the strap is paracord it's very bulky to latch on when you have smaller wrists. Once it is latched it doesn't quite fit the wrists because of the bulk.The metal bar that connects the watch band to the watch has broke and the 1 back up they sent has also broke.

The pins are not easy to install there is not a small section to compresss the spring. Hopefully your fi fingernails arm long enough to compress the springs. The shock of clapping your hands will jar the pin loose. Thermometer does not work or more specifically the same temp I displayed constantly despite the weather.

This band is durable, I wear it in the shower and while swimming. It doesn't unwind or become loose.

I love the idea of this watch it's just not what I was expecting. To adjust the size of the band there is a velcro strap that you move this part is not covered by the Paracord. So there is a small weird Gap where there is no paracord it looks awkward. I also don't know if I trust the velcro to hold my watch on. I bought this thinking it would be more durable but the velcro makes it feel cheap. Also putting this watch on with one hand is a struggle and my skin on my wrist always gets caught between the clip which hurts and is creating a mark on my inner wrist.Things I would change about this, I would change the mechanism to adjust the size of the watch by removing a portion of the Paracord also I would change the way it is closed on the clip to where it does not pinch my skin.

Obviously you get what you pay for.Wanted to see if thermometer or compass was any good, and they aren't. Haven't tried the firestarters. comes with survival card thing, which is pretty nice. Probably will salvage the buckle, and get some paracord to make my own watchstrap.

Fast delivery, functional product thinking of getting another one or 2.

If I could give this less then 1 star I would.. vary bulky and half the stuff that I wanted it for dosent work compass dosent point north and thermometer is off by 5 degrees do not buy

like the ad says.. not 100% functional.. but sure does look good.
