So I ordered these to wear on my index finger (size 8) which is bigger then my ring finger (size 6 1/2). Definitely size up at least half a size. The 8 fit like a 6 1/2. In the box they came in there was a card stating that if there were any problems, to please contact them through their email. I did that. At first all was fine and frankly still is, but it started to feel sketchy because they kept insisting on getting my phone number for delivery. They don’t need my number for that. They said then the carrier could call me if I’m not home. I explained, no carrier calls you for something like this, let alone ever. I asked them to just give me the tracking info, which they did but it was all in Chinese. Without even receiving the replacement yet, they asked that I give them a 5 star review. Umm no thanks, I’ll wait until I have the new set. Thankfully I just got them today (only 2 days later), but I did call Amazon and I sent the original set back. Overall these are great rings, I’ve already caught myself spinning it without realizing. Just size up at least half a size.

These are great! My son is distance learning and everything we give him he looks down to play with...except these rings! He is soothed by them and still watches his class on screen.

I'm taking off one star only because I received a yellow gold, not rose gold, ring as advertised., along with the silver one and the pink/blue iridescent one However, I'm very satisfied with the product, very happy I bought these rings. Thank you to whoever recommended buying a size up from your regular ring size, as these are about 1 to 1-1/2 sizes smaller than U.S. standard ring sizes. But again, I'm extremely happy with my rings and very glad I bought them. They are well made, pretty, and already are proving a huge help for diverting anxiety triggers. I like the texturing on the surface of the inner ring, how it feels and how it looks glittery,. I like spinning them, wiggling the inner rings in their troughs, and switching rings from finger to finger. Highly recommend for anyone else who needs a discreet fidget toy, or simply attractive and affordable jewelry. Would make great stocking stuffers for Christmas, also a great gift for anyone who struggles with dermatillomania, compulsive hair pulling, or similar disorders.

I love these rings. I bought them for my daughter who has nervous habit of chewing her nails. Gave her 2 of the rings yesterday and she loved hers. I kept one and haven't taken it off. I have always spun my rings and dropped them so this prevents me from dropping my expensive engagement ring. They are very pretty and spin smoothly.

I love my rings! I've only worn the silver one and have been wearing it for a week. I take it off for showers but I keep it on when washing my hands and I have had no problems. It spins well. The first day I wore it I got so many compliments! It's still sparkly and I love it!

These rings look and feel well made. I was worried that it might feel unfinished or something but thankfully I was wrong! Spinning it makes sound but it's not loud, and if you're more fidgeting with it it's as noticeable as a regular ring. For the price I'd definitely recommend them, they aren't life changing but they're neat and you might find having something to mess around with helps you!I also noticed others said buy a size larger than normal and that's good advice, it might be because it's a thicker band but the 7 fits like a 6 for me!
