The addition of a light indicating the unit is on would be good. The instructions to set up are minimal and basically show you how to plug the unit into the wall and into a coaxial connection on the TV. To find channels, you have to select the correct INPUT option on your TV. I have a Vizio smart TV and could not find the correct INPUT option on the TV. I finally realized that this antenna is NOT shown under the ANTENNA INPUT. In my case, there was a unique identifier name that corresponded to this unit. Once I selected that option as the input, I was able to go to the TV REMOTE MENU and do a CHANNEL SCAN. Over 50 channels appeared. Yes I am happy!

Works for us
The antenna works great for us. I have it hooked up to a secondary TV, and it does what we need it to do. We get the 3 major channels (NBC, CBS, ABC) with their subchannels, and a handful of others. Picture is surprisingly clear on a 12yr old LCD. Simple setup and takes up minimal space. Even happier that this is the cheaper "used" model. I know results from over the air antenna may be unique to each user, but for us it simple works great.

Bad choice
Trying to save money and purchased. Does not pick up signal well. Very limited.

Works great.
This antenna was simple to install and looks great. The size is small. I live in NYC and I can get around 50 channels. Very satisfied and the price was excellent.

Getting 41 channels in the area just north of Kansas City ... nice and attractive
