Finex unique and practical
Exactly what I wanted and small sauce pan. I have used the finex 12" skillet for years and I love it. It cooks like a dream and so easy to clean. I love the big handle which stays cool for the most part unless put in the oven obviously. It was time to expand my Finex collection with the sale.

Heavier than most well of all that I have and I have about 50 pieces well-made medium flame even low let it heat up it will be beautiful melting making sauce is heating up even boiling eggs. Perfect for my collection last 700 years no doubt whenever.

Burr on Finex
I have three Finex skillets with lids and enjoy at least one of them every day. Today I used this brand new pan for the first time - later while cleaning it I was disappointed to find a burr in the pan’s bottom. I’ve been working it with chain mail scrubbers - its definitely is going to take while to wear the burr down. Other than that the pan is very nice as is all Finex stuff.
