Nidec Servo GentleTyphoon 120mm Case Fan 1450 RPM 3pin Fan D1225C12B4AP-52

My house gets practically silent at some points of the day/night, so I like to keep my computers as quiet as possible. I used this to replace the noisy, buzzy fan in a Corsair CX430 power supply. It works great! When tested outside of the PSU before installing, the airflow was very strong, yet the sound profile is the smoothest and quietest I've heard (comparing to Noiseblocker, Noctua, Nexus, and some other quality fans). There's a slight metallic noise from the ball bearings, but it becomes inaudible once mounted inside a PC. I mounted it using rubber pins, and couldn't be happier with the results!I used the 1,150RPM model in another PSU from when Scythe used to sell these fans, and it's been running strong for about 8 years now with no signs of failure. If you want a quiet fan with strong airflow that will last a long time, and don't need LED lighting, buy these!

Great fans, Scythe used to have these but stopped selling them years ago. Super quiet, great airflow & static pressure, perfect for regular tower coolers or radiators. These & Noctua models tend to be more expensive but they're well worth the money when you don't have to replace junk fans every couple years.

Didn’t come with any screws. Wtf.Edit: I found some screws that work and I’ve got all of my fans mounted. I was mad when I gave the 1 star but to be fair it wouldn’t have been hard to include some screws. Oh well, they are still great fans.

Not the prettiest, but it's super quiet and does exactly what I need it to.
