It works well.
It does work well. I like that it has an automatic shut off. There is no smell. This is my second one. My older one was starting to not work because the edge at the bottom would start to curl because I needed it somewhat upright for my back to lean on. But it is one of the most reasonably priced heating pad...and a lot of the other ones are too big. So, I ordered it again. It does seem like the edges are more rigid than the previous one... so maybe it won't curl as much. I like the multiple settings.

Sufficient but not preferred
It works but it’s not the preferred option. Microwaveable heating pads are better. It’s preferred to not have to be near an outlet.
