Surprising!!! I have ordered Nov 2021 & gone in last week (Mar 2025). Almost 3.5 Years we used it. Actual warrenty period is 1 year as they mentioned in the product. Fantastic product quality and life. I have ordered one more today. Appreciate Team!!

After 6 months of use, failure products
Delivered on time. Product package was not good, delivered carton box damaged on 2 edges. There was no protective box for that item. Kindly note this electrical goods should have additional protection. Product working fine and delivered as committed. Superb. After 6 months of purchase, suddenly stop working on this product, they said 1 year warranty but 6 only working fine, for earlier purchase from Amazon SMPS was working around 4 years without any issues. But this product after 6 months not working. Kindly advise what should I do? In this scenario not recommended this branded products.
