Received a broken product
When I opened the compact was broken, the powder was all over the place and practically unusable. The texture seemed nice but all I got was messy dust. Please stop sending broken/damaged product, it reflects poorly on the Lotus brand.

The media could not be loaded. It was totally damaged..please 🥺 handle these compact products carefully while delivering they can break easily, my compact had totally become sand.But I called customer support for help n they resolved my issue.
