As a strength and condition coach and certified athletic trainer, my clients and athlete’s are required to have a daily soft tissue practice that includes self-myofascial release on a quality foam roller. It is an important component of our programming in order to maintain, and improve soft tissue quality as it relates to recovery, hypertrophy, and successful training practices. My son keeps this in his swim bag to use after practice or during meets when he needs a quick stretch and massage. We had to return the first one due to a bent metal plate, but the second one was fine. It’s heavy duty, easy to operable, and folds flat.

I thought it was top end of the money, but needed it to save space in motorbike panniers, which it did, the trip before I took my normal foam roller and it took up so much space, about three days before I was off again I suddenly had a thought may be there are traveling ones and this was what I found and could be delivered just in time👍 Fully recommend for any kind of traveling, could just do with being a bit less money but hay ho!

This foam roller is perfect for travel and home. It collapses which makes it easy to put in your carry on luggage or regular luggage to take with you when traveling. It is just a great roller all around.
