Has Working Parts
My husband put this together. It is 100% cute. Has all the working parts to look like it’s pumping, but you have to buy the motor separately.

This is not a toy
This Model is of Exceptional Quality in terms of detail and accuracy along with moving components; the miniature oil pump set is superb. The assembly difficulty is very low with the exception of minor model engineering flaws which can be easily modified with an X-Acto knife and super glue. Size wise the entire model fits in the palm of your hand (literally). I have yet to order the optional mechanizing component but i'm sure it will work perfectly.

HO Scale Oil Pump
For $28 dollars this model should have been much more substantial. Extremely hard to build because the pieces were so small. Parts very easily broken as I found out. I wouldn't purchase it again and I do not recommend it to anyone.
