im Not satisfied with this scissor this scissor shep is very bed

£80 scissors from German company Mondial (one of the best in industry) ….GOT BLUNT IN FIRST DAY O USE…. I’ve used it properly and it doesn’t cut anything now. I have a pair of fiskars, 3 years old, cut metal with it and never sharpened… I’m using it daily… £30 I paid for it. So mundial is just the name … don’t get fooled

I bought these because I wanted a no-nonsense pair of heavy-duty scissors for my shop, and I wanted to be able to sharpen them as needed. I've grown tired of plastic handles that break, like my orange Fiskars. These Mundials are big and bulky, with long blades and huge handles. I wear 7 1/2 surgical gloves. For me the handles seem oversized. If you like to keep your index finger along the side of your scissors, and out of the lower loop, you may feel like these shears are hard to control. For heavy material where you want all four fingers in the lower loop, these offer good shearing power. They seem more at home in a shop than a classroom. I think that the Mundial 8 inch shears might be more appropriate as a set of household scissors. As for the finish, these are nice looking, professionally-made shears that have a precise feel. They make crisp, easy cuts with paper. They also work well for cutting PLA supports out of 3D printed pieces. They aren't as scary sharp out of the box as my Ginghers were, (and are) but I wouldn't run my finger down the blade casually, either; these are very sharp. (EDIT: Now that I have used them more, these are scary sharp, actually; handle sensibly.) The action feels like somebody took the time to carefully tension these before they were boxed. Nicely done. These arrived in perfect condition in a nice, padded cardboard presentation box. I am using camellia oil to protect these shears from the elements, just as I do my other steel tools.

Very nice, durable, works well, easy to cut, fabulous, sharp, heavy just what you need scissors. Very easy to cut a straight line using these.
