They’re all plastic beads. There are many different kind- pony, crystal like, animal shapes, many sizes also.

Are these beads non-toxic?

I don't know if they are non-toxic -- but they don't need to be toxic to cause trouble. Beads sometimes have rough edges and sharp points that could give grief when swallowed. (I use nail clippers to trim spikes etc.)
