Replaced with a brand new one
The media could not be loaded. I have been using this great product from almost more than 6 months. Worked very well. But one day it burnt dont know the exact reason but it did not harm neither me or ant thing except the product itself burnt n stopped working. It was under 1 year warranty company asked me to send video of the damaged product and the call center executive very kind madam she took all the details and sent their executive for pickup. After testing in their service center they replaced me with a new one which i need as i was tension free to safely use it. Timer function really is so helpful no need to be alert when we are already in pain.it cut off automatically. And moreover heat controller. I am so much satisfied in this price range i will not get any better product with so many features. Its eases pain. Lamp is good. I highly recommend to try once this product i m sure u will not regret.

Bulb fused after first use
It worked for 10 minutes on level 1 and then switched off. When I tried to switch it on again bulb fused. I called cust care they said bulb specifications for replacement is in the manual. When I search for the specification given there on Amazon I am not able to find

Useful and good value for money
Value for money. Very useful with timer and heat control. Above all its Desi product far more better than the my previous Chinese brand which did live fireworks with a short circuit.
