You wouldn't know they are made of plastic until you touch them
I ordered a bronze variety and they look just like real bronze. The adhesive is very strong. Measure carefully and do a "dry test" without removing the backing before you set them, as they stick right up and won't go off easily.the only thing I wish, is if the manufacturer would sell individual digits. Lucky for me, my house number is three different digits, but now after installing those I have 7 more digits that are completely useless to me, yet I feel bad about throwing them away. Then again, if your house number has a repeating digit - you'll have to order several sets...

Cannot be readjusted once it's put on.
Be careful! Once you put these on your surface, they cannot be taken off or repositioned. If you try to pull the numbers off, the foam backing that the glue is on, will tear apart versus pull off the surface.

These work for the intended purpose
I know these are mailbox numbers but I needed to put them on my screen door as the sunscreen is so dark delivery people cannot see my apartment number. These work great for my purpose. They are large enough to be seen from the apartment courtyard. So I'm happy with this purchase.

Now a classey mailbox!
Really like these numbers. Looks classey on a black mailbox. (I bought silver). Adhension seems to be very good but only time will tell.
