Item arrived on time, unfortunately it was fitted with a European standard plug so was unable to use it until I could purchase an adapter.This should be advised on the purchase or a uk plug should be supplied to the uk purchases.Will write a further review when I am able to charge the product.

Can’t ever tell if it’s working or not
With these devices you Can’t ever tell if they are working or not. After 6 month of recommended use as it says in paperwork. No noticeable results.

No change after 2 years
In the initial 6 months of use I was excited had baby hairs growing and hair felt noticeably thicker as hair shedding reduced. However after 6 months the changes were less pronounced. Now at 2 years (regular use) my hair sheds at the rate it did in the past and my hair is as thin as it was before. Feel incredibly disappointed as I had high hopes for this product.
