Marketing genius by Race Tech, its just a tape measure with MM markings. Instructions say you don't have to subtract anymore, but you still do. Get a metric tape measure on ebay for 3.50 shipped.

Miniature tape measure….
Maybe partially my fault but this tape measure is really tiny and not useful for a motorcycle technician. Could make a cool keychain at best
