I am thinking of buying this saw for cutting up turkey wings. Does it cut cleanly through bones without splintering the bones? Thanks

If used lightly, the blades on this thing will last a long time. Be careful not to hit metal or other hard surfaces with the blade. Cutting bone and gristle on an occasional basis will be possible for several years or longer dependent on use.

Which butcher saw works best for Beef tails? Like Ox tails?

I have been using mine just for frozen fish. No experience with beef tails. Seems to me the main things are stainless steel and the length of the blade. For sawing something really big might eant whatever saw has the longest blade.

Very impressive meat saw.

The meat saw was well packaged. The saw is easy to use as the handle is ergonomic in design resulting in less fatigue on the wrist. The saw cuts very easily. It is sturdy and well made. The directions on box are very useful when having to remove the blade.
