stopped working after few months..
first time I got it I activated the machine and was working perfectly fine , I made nice mugs and did have fun for a while.. Then I stopped using the machine for few months ( around 3 months ) when I come back to try making a new mug printing , I find out that the machine is only flashing orange and red , and doesn't heat up.. I searched for the problem online and found out that many others having the same problem after using it for a while, some says it's software problem that needs to be updated , while others saying hardware problem, but no solution online for this problem. I would love to give high rating for it , but if the machine is not working anymore it's as good as scrap now and can't get higher than a star. it's only been 5 months since I ordered it.

Error cricut mug press machine
i buy this cricut mug press machine last february,and i have have problem with this.,until now i now i cant use it because of the error,i search also online that there is a problem with this kind of cricut mug press machine.. can i return it to the seller?

Not good item
We received the Utem today, but my daughter said it was old and not new , so I quickly check and find that this is not new and it had open, and very dirty box. THE wires is nit complete, there is stain in cricut, and it's not working. Can some one from Amazon will return our money.

Fraud - ordered new but got used device
So first I noticed the seal of the box was opened so I thought fine as long as the device was intact. But the wires of the device were altered (they're not the original cables) - original are white while these were black, short and oldddd. The plastic wrap around the device was open and wrapped with a vegetable bag! And the instructions manual was missing.

I'm suspecting they sent the same item that people have been returning due to it is not functioning. I received mine with a very old box that obviously have been opened several times.
