I like to keep my fingernails decently long and it makes it really hard to use standard keyboards where the keys are deep and not flat. I was looking for a keyboard where the keys were relatively flat so that it was comfortable to use with my long fingernails. I tried 3 keyboards before receiving this one and I am HAPPY. This was exactly what I was looking for. The only concern that I have is that you do have to push decently hard to get a response from the key so if the pressure isn't perfect, it'll miss a key. Also the angle of the keyboard can't be controlled for and it makes it a little tricky to use while wearing my watch so I just had to adjust where the keyboard was on my desk so that my watch band didn't hit my desk as well. Regardless of those two very small inconveniences I definitely give it a 5/5.

I love this keyboard and mouse! Best purchase I have made since 2021. Quality is great, the mouse is silent just like it says, the keyboard isn't as quiet, but is quieter than most. I do wanna say after a few months of using the mouse I noticed that the scroller stopped working - doesn't want to scroll properly, even with new batteries. Not sure if this was just my luck or the mouse. Overall, it's a great product and I would certainly purchase another in the future.

Let me say I did not try to contact their support. I had this keyboard for five months. On the first day, the Cap Lock key would stick. I would have to tap it repeatedly. Then it would turn on by itself in the middle of typing. After a couple of months other keys would repeat letters Then the mouse started creeping when I tried pointing at a button. It's like it had a mind of its own! It finally got to where the mouse would stick and not move at all, so I would remove the battery to refresh it. I changed batteries twice in five months to try to resolve the problems. There's no on/off switch on the keyboard or mouse. They both will go into sleep mode within a matter of seconds. I don't recommend this one. For a few dollars more, get a name brand you can trust.

Sleek design, it works mostly. Sometimes need to hit keys on keyboard or mouse multiple times to get the action to register. I’ve owned it for a year and a half and the mouse is super delayed (wasn’t at first, have replaced batteries / new mousepad etc and still annoying to use and will be replacing).

I bought it on fire sale and just expected to be as unhappy as always am in a keyboard this price range,. I love it extremely happy even at full price. And came with a mouse. both blows away logitech crap
