The quality of the plug is excellent; but this plug is not made for indian sockets !

I like the adapter a lot. Excellent design, very sturdy - is not loose in the socket. Sits tight and quality is excellent. But its too costly. Some electrical shops sell similar product(Looks almost the same but with different colors, almost looks like faded white. and they are 50% cheaper.) This is way too costly for a normal adapter even with all certifications etc. Especially the single adapter values at Rs.499? That is a joke. Even with the 3 pack, it comes to about 200 per piece, which is still costly. Local shops sell similar ones for about 110Rs and is excellent too. Hence the 4 stars.

Got this to travel to Brazil becaus of the different plug type there (none of the “universal” plugs I had had the Brazil type). It worked perfectly, the design is great because it is compact while fitting the multiple charges at the same time.

We purchased this for our recent trip to Italy and it worked great. A few notes in case you are unsure before you buy it: 1. The AC adapter portion converts the plug to USA but does not convert the voltage to 120V so be sure to check what voltages your device is rated for (check the plug or where the plug enters the appliance). My AC cell phone charger is 110 - 220V so this worked great. It would not have worked for my hair straightener, though. This is listed in the product description but it bears repeating. There are more expensive and bulky products that do convert voltage available elsewhere on Amazon. 2. We used this adapter to charge two cell phones and a supplemental battery to charge our phones on the go when we were out all day. This worked great. The USB adapters are 2.4 volts and do not support fast charging (at least in our experience). This is to say that it's great for charging your phone overnight or if you leave it for a solid block of time, but not for a quick 1-2 hour full charge like you'd get with a fast charger - use an AC adapter for that.

I bought this plug adapter after reading a lot of reviews and trying to make the best decision between several options and now I am quite satisfied! I have bought 3 adapters with a perfect price and after 2 months of daily use, they are working great. I use them for my laptop charger, my laptop charger easily fits in them but it is not loose which was one of my concerns (as I have experienced that with some other adapters), the dimension of the adapter itself also is reasonable and it does not block the other outlets while using (which was also very common in my experience). These adapters have never failed since the first day. it is worth mentioning that the plastic material is sturdy and of high quality and did not change color. I strongly recommend this product!
