Seemed like a good product but it started tasting bad and smelly after a couple of days. I had kept the other brand (i think it was Yogabar) cereal in the same container and there was no problem of taste ever. This could have been a good product if shelf life is improved.

Crunchy and tasty

This has been my go to breakfast cereal for an year now. Really helps to meet my daily protein and fibre goals.

This is a good product in budget. Highly recommended

I liked the overall protein content, butnwhild having it you can't count your protein intake, because mostly the soy chuncks come in bulk in the beginning and during the end of the pack you remain only with cereal grains. It's a good option, do keep one if you go to gym, can fulfill you daily protein intake easily.
