Matfer vs Mercer Spatulas
I purchased both the Matfer Spatula and Mercer spatula. The Matfer brand is definitely the better of the two. It has a much thinner edge. I use a stainless steel pan and the eggs didn't break when flipped. Very easy to clean and the quality is excellent. The gray color is very nice too. Although the cost is more than double, it's worth it!
