I used it for my lower timing cover on my 2016 Volkswagen GTI and it’s been holding up for the last six months. I totally recommend this silicone. It’s easy to work with. It’s not messy and it’s durable.

This stuff is a life saver
I used this to seal the back window of my Jeep because I got mad that I couldn’t find the source of a leak……it worked perfect! Stopped the leak and it’s black, so it kinda blends in. I didn’t do a very good job putting it in, but it works! This stuff will make a seal on just about anything.
