I started taking the Luma Nutrition CoQ10 Softgels last June after reading that CoQ10 can support cervical mucus and overall reproductive health while trying to conceive. I have been using Luma Nutrition coQ10 for months. This is a higher dose than you can get at your local drug store, and it’s still a reasonable price! I have had no complaints or issues. Highly recommend and trust.

I did see results my last Dr visit, then I drop down to 200 and results dropped, so I purchased the 400 again and waiting on the next visit to the dr to see results.

During shipment if the weather is hot the capsules stick together, but even a more expensive brand does that also. They are great for the $ paid.

So far it’s helping with cramps due to blood pressure meds!

I have been on a statin drug for a very long time and only recently started taking a CoQ10 supplement (chews not my favorite method) when time to "restock" I sought an easy oral source. I chose Luma for 3 reasons 1) Made in USA (most important) in cert lab, 2) oil based softgel format, and 3) veteran owned. I have just started taking like second dose today so expecting good results.
