Not sturdy, the base is welded poorly. Did not last for a year

The chair is comfortable to sit on but the finishing is not neat and quite poor. When looking from a distance the chair looks quite awkward and unbalanced because of the way the cushions have been stitched. Also the metal part below the elbow rest has rough edges and the elbow rests themselves have a different shapes at their ends.

The seat length should have been more by 3 to 4 inches to provide a more cosy sitting.

This review after using chair for over a month.1. Leatherette material and cushioning is good. Premium2. Leatherette over hand rest gives good comfort.3. One minute installation claim is true. I could install it quite easily.4. Silver paint quality is not good, needs bit of finishing -- half star less.5. height adjustment is good, backrest adjustment not good-- half start lessOverall excellent product for this price, it is premium quality.

Within a year the leather from hand rests is coming off. I expected it to be a long term product at such price.

Product delivered in time and the packing was very good.The color and the cushion and durable of the product as expected.Unfortunately I want to return due to the seats are not in level.One side down try to contact the supplier for rectifying as I dont want to return.But no solution from their end asked me to return and their is no option for replacement I finally returned.

The chair height adjustment started to sink and I called the Townsville customer care for replacement or repair and they told me to contact Amazon and asked me to ask for replacement. I contacted Amazon and they told they cannot replace and if I am okay I can return it as it is under 10 day return guarantee. I told customer care at Amazon that I do not have the packing, they said not to worry they will make a note and it will be picked up. Now the guys who come to pick up have come twice and they are not ready to pick up as there is no packing - I have raised a ticket with Amazon twice and still of no avail. A 8K product that was defective and now having return issues. - Better to buy in a store

A decent chair and value for moneyAfter using for a month..I can find that the sponge has gone in ..shape near the hands is gone bad.. I need to see if I can get it repaired
